litigation management experience and have served as experts in both claims,
practices actions and legal disputes stemming from litigation management issues.
The principals have been involved in numerous multi-million dollar legal fee cases as experts. In our two largest cases, the legal fees were well over ten million dollars. Generally, disputes are in excess of $100,000. Our largest savings were on two Intellectual Property cases: one where the legal bill was in excess of $513,000 and the law firm settled for $85,000.00, and the second resulting in a jury verdict of $100,000.00 for a disputed fee claim of $1,900,000.
